We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes to the following series:
These changes will be implemented March 01, 2024.
Please review the details below to determine how these changes will affect your products and/or operations.
What will change?
The listed models will be introduced with a new packaging design that reduces the per unit packaging size andallows for an increased number of products in the newly designed shipping carton, optimizing shipping efficiency and cost.

Which products will be affected?
The package downsizing will be implemented to the products listed below and SKUs that ship with an adapter in the package.There will be no version update for the affected products, as the only update is to the packaging and not the product's design itself.

When will the new versions be available?
We will introduce the new packaging design March 01, 2024.We will not rework all inventory of the listed models, as we don't want to generate extra packaging material waste,
Therefore, orders shipped from Moxa between March 01, 2024 and May 31, 2024
will come either with the original packaging design or with new packaging design.
All orders of the listed products shipped from Moxa after June 1, 2024 will be with a new package design.
We highly suggest setting a regular forecast and placing orders for the above models in multiples of 60 units,
or at least more than 60 units, to optimize overall shipping cost with the new selected carton.
Moxa will continue working on hot-selling models' package downsizing throughout 2024.
We will announce and implement further updates in the near future, so please stay tuned.
